McLaren-Oakland Joint Club is a comprehensive program offered in a wellness environment that includes patient education, standardized protocols, and a health care delivery team that specializes in joint replacement and rehabilitation. The goal of McLaren-Oakland Joint Club is to increase patients' mobility after surgery and to improve clinical outcomes and the total joint replacement experience.

Block scheduling of two dedicated operating rooms and team members on specific surgical days allows surgeons to more effectively schedule and complete a maximum number of surgical cases. This increases efficiencies in the office and surgical schedules.

Dedicated surgical staff, floor nurses, physical/occupational therapists and anesthesia staff results in improved efficiency from the pre-operative meeting to recovery at home.
